Bianca Gilcrist, Office Manager

Bianca is Ciaron's partner and has grown up in the racing industry and competed internationally in showjumping 

Bianca is hands on with the horses in the mornings, riding and general stable duties and is available in the office in the afternoons  

Declan Maher, Warrnambool Stable Manager

Declan is Ciaron's younger brother and has a valuable set of eyes over the Warrnambool team. Dec has previously helped out in the stables and worked for David Hayes, he started working full time for us when Ciaron opened the Caulfield stable Dec has been a great attribute in the training of our horses.

Rob McKenna, Foreman

Rob is previoulsy a jumping jockey. He is a great asset to the team with his lightweight, riding ability, and also his knowledge and care of the horses.   

Emma Bruce, Stable Hand

Emma has been at our stables for 4 years, she completed a school based a apprenticeship and has been working full time for 2 years now and has a good knowledge of the day to day running of the stable. Emma also rides our horses at the track, beach and sand dunes. She is also a keen Show jumping competitor  

Sophie Negre, Stable Hand / Track Rider

Sophie has been part of our team for nearly 3 years, she is currently doing year 11 at Warrnambool College and has commenced a School Based Apprenticeship with us. Sophie has a Pony Club back ground and competes in showjumping. Sophie works most weekends, school holidays and a couple of mornings a week when she can.
